If you're experiencing issues streaming the event, check your connection first. If you're using a cell service to stream the event, we suggest switching to WiFi if available. If you're still experiencing issues, hover over the stream and click the HD icon in the bottom right corner of the video. From there, you'll see several options of different resolutions you can pick from. The lower the resolution you select, the easier it will be on your internet connection.

If the transmission doesn't automatically begin after the countdown timer has ended, try refreshing your browser. If you still aren't seeing the transmission appear, try logging out and back in to your account.

Make sure the audio is turned up on both your device and the stream. We also recommend disabling any ad-blockers on your browser, and make sure that you aren't using an incognito mode on your browser.
